Police on Friday night said they were hunting for at least two men with whom they exchanged gunfire after a robbery at a cellphone store.
Officials said thieves robbed customers inside a T-Mobile store near West 47th Street and South Kedzie Avenue. The hold-up was broken when police arrived.
Officers said they got into a shootout with the robbers but didn't arrest anyone before the thieves took off.
No injuries were reported.
