A Chicago woman was alerted that her privates went public by a friend, and now she’s suing her ex for posting nudie pics online.
Jessica Voth posed for a few racy photos when she was dating Miles Marsh. But when the couple split in 2006, Marsh promised to keep the snapshots in his private collection, the Chicago Tribune reports.
Marsh reneged and uploaded the smut to a web site that encourages guys to send in steamy shots of their lost loves.
A friend of Voth’s stumbled on the pics and told his high school gal pal about the poses (how embarrassing!)
Voth filed a suit in Cook County Circuit Court that seeks unspecified compensatory and punitive damages for emotional distress associated with becoming an unsuspecting pin-up.
Lesson: don't pose nude for your man unless you have collateral material, like video of him crying while watching "Beaches".
