Mitchell Trubisky Leaves Bears Game With Shoulder Injury

The Chicago Bears are playing shorthanded against the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday, and things went from bad to worse as quarterback Mitchell Trubisky was forced to leave the game.

Trubisky was scrambling in the first quarter of the game when he was tackled by Vikings defensive end Danielle Hunter. Trubisky appeared to land awkwardly on his left shoulder, and was immediately removed from the game.

After briefly going into the team's medical tent, Trubisky was taken back to the locker room for further examination. The Bears say that Trubisky suffered a left shoulder injury, and will miss the rest of the game.

Chase Daniel has taken over for Trubisky, throwing a touchdown pass to Tarik Cohen to cap off the team's first drive.
