Chicago Police issued an alert for a missing dialysis patient this weekend.
Ignacio Castrejon-Bollas, 68, is missing from Woodbridge Nursing Pavilion in the 2200 block of North Kedzie. Video captured him leaving Norwegian Hospital, 1044 N. Francisco, in a wheelchair on Saturday, July 17.
Ignacio is currently on dialysis and has a pace maker for his heart due to congestive heart failure. He also suffers from diabetes and hypertension. He is able to stand, but he cannot walk, according to police.
Ignacio is White-Hispanic, with gray-brown hair. He may be wearing a red and white collared shirt, black or blue pants and white gym shoes. He might also be using a cane or a wheelchair, according to police.
