CTA Green Line Service Briefly Suspended on Chicago's South Side

Service is stopped between Indiana and Ashland/63rd

An obstruction on the tracks caused service disruptions on the CTA Green Line in the city’s Bronzeville neighborhood.

According to the agency, service was temporarily suspended between the Indiana station, located in the 4000 block of South Indiana, and Ashland/63rd because of an obstruction.

UPDATE: Service is slowly resuming on the Green Line, and some trains are operating with residual delays, the agency tweeted at 6:26 p.m.
