Charlie Trotter Auctions Items From Restaurant

Wednesday auction includes kitchen gadgets, appliances, artwork

You may never be able to cook like Charlie Trotter, but now you have a chance to use some of his gear.

An auction will be held Wednesday to sell items from the renowned chef's restaurant, which closed for good in August after 25 years in business.

Auction items range from kitchen gadgets and appliances to the artwork on the wall of the restaurant. A sample of the items include:

  • Jenn-Air Appliances
  • Full Collection of Copper Pots and Pans
  • Large Collection of Modern Contemporary Artwork
  • Photography from Tim Turner and Paul Elledge
  • Pastry Convection Slicer
