Looking to grab a cold beer after running 26.2 miles in the Bank of America Chicago Marathon? 

That’s exactly what you’ll get at the finish line this year, but it won’t be just any beer. 

Goose Island, in partnership with the marathon, has created a special beer for finishers only. 

The beer will be handed out to finishers 21 and over, including a can decked out with the course map outline and a space for runners to write in their finish time.

The beer, which is brewed locally, will be 312’s Dry Hopped, described by the brewery as “a different spin on 312 Urban Wheat.” It has what brewers say are “lemony, doughy notes” with “extra brightness.”
