VITAL NIGHTS: Vital Bridges, a local group dedicated to helping people impacted by HIV and AIDS presents "Vital Nights" @ The Hard Rock Hotel tonight. DOGGY HAPPY HOUR: Take your pooch to Joe's Bar every Wednesday for Doggy Happy Hour on the outdoor patio. The weekly fixture includes weekly visits from different boutiques, vendors, shelters and trainers. There's plenty of treats and water for the pups and and drink specials like $5 Coors Light pitchers, $7 Import pitchers, $3 Martinis and mixed drinks, and $3.50 Craft beer for their owners.
