MOVE OVER, PRIDE PARADE: One of the best costume parties in town, the North Halsted Halloween Parade kicks off around 6 p.m. on Halsted Street from Addison Street to Belmont Avenue. HALLOWEEN PARTY ON WHEELS: The bicycling enthusiasts in Chainlink are organizing a bike tour of West Town that doubles as a bicycling Halloween party. BENEFIT SHOW: Last month, the members of Chicago-based Scotland Yard Gospel Choir were in a horrific van accident. Thankfully, everyone survived, but the ordeal left them with a hefty hospital bill and most of their equipment was destroyed, so a bunch of bands are throwing a benefit show at the Subterranean.
