NBC Chicago's Wayne Johnson will be the master of ceremonies at the Chicago Food Service Marketing Club’s (CFMC) “A Taste of Chicago Culinary Schools”. It’s a wonderful event showcasing the culinary skills of talented young chefs training here at five of Chicago's culinary schools. You'll sample hors d'oeuvres prepared by the students, desserts courtesy of Eli's Cheesecake and a selection of Illinois wines.
The proceeds from the event provide scholarship money for the schools and support the Greater Chicago Food Depository.
The event is this Friday night, February 27 at 6PM at Eli’s Cheesecake Bakery, 6701 W. Forest Preserve Drive in Chicago. Tickets are $50 each and more information is available at 630-561-8371.
