Meat Loaf on Friday canceled his Aug. 19 appearance at the Illinois State Fair.
The cancellation comes just two days after the performance was announced by fair officials.
Tickets for the show were scheduled to go on sale through Ticketmaster on Saturday, but some Fan Club pre-sales have already been made. Refunds for those pre-sales will be made by Ticketmaster.

The 2015 Illinois State Fair runs August 13-23 in Springfield.
