Stephanie Izard is taking her Chicago reign to new heights –literally.
The Iron Chef known for her goat-themed restaurants around the city, most notably Girl & the Goat, will soon open a rooftop restaurant dishing out Peruvian food in the Fulton market neighborhood, Eater Chicago reports.
Cabra, which also means “goat” in Spanish, is set to open this spring on the roof of the Hoxton Hotel on Green Street.
Eater reports Izard plans to travel to Peru in January for “research and development,” but the cuisine will likely feature Japanese, Chinese, Spanish and Italian flavors.
