Former Lt. Gov. Democratic candidate Scott Lee Cohen says he will announce on Monday whether he's running for Governor or not.
Why Monday? "I have to make sure I have all my ducks in a row," Cohen said in a telephone call. "I don't want to be thought of as a foolish person."
And: "I want to make sure my family can be there ... I'm making sure I can actually win."
Cohen says he wanted to run from the start, referring to his campaign as a Democratic candidate for lt. governor. He won that race, but was forced off the ballot after personal controversies were unveiled.
