Zombies were spotted in multiple locations in the Loop Friday morning, followed by Scott Lee Cohen campaign representatives passing out information about “scary government spending."
"Independent Scott Lee Cohen will stop scary goverment spending," the flier read.
The independent candidate for Governor says "Pat Quinn has been playing games with our tax dollars, taking our hard-earned money and spending it inappropriately."
