    Preview of NFL Kickoff at Grant Park

    Meek Mill, Meghan Trainor and Rapsody are among the celebrity performances coming to Chicago's Grant Park ahead of the Bears-Packers game Thursday. NBC 5’s LeeAnn Trotter has a look at what you can expect to see.

    Meek Mill, Meghan Trainor and Rapsody are among the celebrity performances coming to Chicago's Grant Park ahead of the Bears-Packers game Thursday. 

    The NFL announced the artists would perform live during a pre-game celebration and watch party dubbed the "Kickoff Experience." 

    Meek Mill will headline the musical acts around 6:30 p.m. on the "Kickoff Main Stage." Meghan Trainor and Rapsody will perform just before.

    They won't be the only celebrities making an appearance at the major event, which will also include autograph signings from Jim McMahon, Matt Forte and Charles Tillman. 

    The massive celebration, presented by EA Sports Madden NFL '20, will feature appearances by Bears legends, photo opportunities with the Vince Lombardi Trophy and all 53 Super Bowl rings.

    The park will also host an NFL Kickoff Watch Party starting at 7 p.m. CT where fans can cheer on the Bears as they “take on the Packers in another historic matchup to kick off the season.”

    Gates open at 12 p.m. on Sept. 5 and access to the viewing areas will be first-come, first-served.
