Leigh Lesniak is the Consumer Investigative Producer for NBC 5 Responds. She joined NBC Chicago in early 2024 after a nearly six years with the consumer investigative team at NBC10 Philadelphia. Prior to joining NBC-owned stations, Leigh spent nearly a decade producing newscasts in Philadelphia, Washington, D.C., and Charlotte.
For Leigh, the best part of her job is meeting people from our community and helping them overcome the challenges they face. The NBC Responds and Telemundo Responde consumer investigative teams have recovered more than $100 million dollars in money, goods, and services for our viewers nation-wide, including right here in Chicagoland.
If you have a consumer problem you’d like Leigh and the NBC 5 Responds team to investigate, we’d love to hear from you.
