Chicago's appreciation of chefs is legendary -- from award-winning heavyweights like Shawn McClain (a 2006 James Beard Award recipient) and Paul Virant (Food & Wine magazine's "Best New Chef" for 2007) to upstarts like Robert and Allison Levitt (the husband-and-wife team behind white-hot Mado). The restaurants participating in "Chicago Chef Week" include:

Reservations can be made through OpenTable.com or by contacting each restaurant directly.
