DINNER CRAWL: Take a bite out of Andersonville at the annual Taste of Andersonville Dinner Crawl tonight at the Swedish American Museum. Find new spots to eat or enjoy some old favorites in the neighborhood at this event held in conjunction with the Andersonville Farmers Market. Choose from the SALT Route or the PEPPER Route, or if you dare, "The Whole Enchilada" (both routes). 6-9 p.m., 5211 N. Clark St., $25-$40

VITAL NIGHTS: Vital Bridges, a local group dedicated to helping people impacted by HIV and AIDS presents "Vital Nights" @ The Hard Rock Hotel tonight. Enjoy food from Bice, HUB 51 and More cupcakes, plenty of yummy cocktails, music from DJ Megan Taylor and plenty of cool stuff in a number of raffles. 6-9 p.m., 230 N. Michigan Ave, $30

DOGGY HAPPY HOUR: Take your pooch to Joe's Bar every Wednesday for Doggy Happy Hour on the outdoor patio. The weekly fixture includes weekly visits from different boutiques, vendors, shelters and trainers. There's plenty of treats and water for the pups and and drink specials like $5 Coors Light pitchers, $7 Import pitchers, $3 Martinis and mixed drinks, and $3.50 Craft beer for their owners. A different doggy movie is shown on the 20ft. patio jumbrotron each week -- think flicks like 101 Dalmations or Lady and the Tramp. 5-9 p.m., 940 W Weeed St., NO COVER
