Are you ready to laugh?

Comedy troupes from all over the country will be bringing the funny this month at the 11th annual Chicago Sketch Comedy Festival, also known as SketchFest.

This year's festival features 162 performances by 138 local, national and international sketch comedy groups at Stage 773 (1225 W. Belmont).

The performances will be spread out over eight days, January 5-8th and 12-15th.

The festival typically attracts up to 10,000 comedy fans each year.

Tickets are $14 each day except for Saturday, which is $15. Festival passes are also available for $160.
