Divorced at Death: So it turns out Gary Coleman was no longer married to Shannon Price at the time of his death. "I can confirm they've been divorced since August 12, 2008. At the time of Gary's death, they were not married," attorney Randy Kester, who handled the couple's divorce, tells People. So why does this matter? Well apparently Price portrayed herself to emergency crews and hospital staff as his other half. A 911 call tape revealed that Price initially resisted giving Coleman medical aid and at the hospital the 42-year-old actor was taken off life support with her permission. But ETOnline's revelation that they were no longer married calls into question whether Price has the authority to make any medical decisions on Coleman's behalf. " Now the Utah hospital where Coleman died says the star filled out a form that granted Price permission to make medical decisions whether they were married or not, as for whether or not she should be making future decision like funeral arrangements or those concerning his estate, is still up-in-the-air.
Police Report: Lindsay Lohan had at least a half a gram of cocaine on her when she was jailed in 2007 on DUI charges, but right after police found it, they dropped a bunch of it on the floor, a police report obtained by TMZ shows. The report also says Lohan took two breath tests and her blood alcohol level was measures at .12 and .13. Lohan has since pled no contest to two counts of DUI and guilty to two counts of being under the influence of a controlled substance.

Baby Denial: So yesterday I mentioned baby rumors surrounding Khloe Kardashian and husband Lamar Odom. Apparently those rumors were a little premature. "She hasn't told me if she was pregnant. I would probably be the first to know," Odom told ESPN. Odom already has two children with ex-girlfriend Liza Morales. He married Kardashian in September, less than a month after meeting.
Still Unsure: Rumors have also been swirling about whether or not Mariah Carey and husband Nick Cannon are expecting. Cannon addressed those rumors yesterday...well sort of! "If & when my wife is ready to make ANY announcements about private matters she will do it personally," Cannon tweeted. The speculation started when Carey abruptly pulled out of Tyler Perry's upcoming movie.
Seventh Heaven: Actor Kevin Costner is a dad for the seventh time. The 55-year-old and 36-year-old wife Christine welcomed a baby girl named Grace yesterday, his rep tells People. This is Costner and his wife's third child together. They've been married since 2004.
