Stefan Holt

Stefan Holt joined NBC 5 Chicago News as a reporter and weekend morning anchor in June, 2011.

He currently co-anchors the NBC 5 weekday morning newscast  from 430-7AM.

Stefan comes to NBC5 from WPBF-TV in West Palm Beach, Florida where he was a reporter and anchored the weekend morning news.

He graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in broadcast telecommunications and a B.A. in political science from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California.

 

Stefan worked as a correspondent for Palestra.net, the college network, where he covered the 2008 presidential elections and the 2007 Southern California wildfires.

 

Stefan is a Chicago native.  He is an aviation enthusiast and is an instrument-rated pilot.
