The Stanley Cup, which is making appearances all over the city and suburbs, is heading to Hollywood -- at least for a night.

Four members of the Blackhawks will appear on "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno'' on Monday, and they'll bring the cup with them, the show's Web site says.

Team captain and playoffs Most Valuable Player Jonathan Toews, series-clinching goal scorer Patrick Kane, and defensemen Brent Seabrook and Duncan Keith (who, as fans know, lost seven teeth during a playoff game) will yak it up with Jay and show off the famed trophy.

In March, shortly after the winter Olympics ended, the entire team made an appearance on the show, and members of the U.S. and Canadian hockey teams showed off their gold and silver medals.
