A frantic mother arrived home in Mokena Friday night to find police outside her home. Her 4-year-old daughter Sabrina Clement had been stabbed to death by her teenage half brother, accordng to Will County prosecutors.
"The worst part was seeing the mother come home and they wouldn’t let her in the house,” a neighbor who did not want to be identified told the Sun-Times.
Keith T. Randulich, 18, has been charged with first degree murder. The coroner's office said Sabrina suffered a sharb blow to the neck.
A judge on Saturday set bond at $10 million.
