Police were investigating the shooting death of a 21-year-old man on the 100 block of North Central Avenue, when bullets started flying a short distance down the street.

The man was walking with relatives at around 3 o'clock Sunday morning in the West Austin neighborhood, when a man walked up to the group and shot Denzel Williams reports The Chicago Sun Times.

Williams was shot multiple times and died at the scene.

No one has been arrested in that shooting. 

Police haven't said if anyone was injured in the shooting that broke out down the street, while they were investigating Williams death.
