Britney Spears comeback  may be complete, but she's still nuts, according to a former bodyguard who is suing the superstar singer.

Fernando Flores alleges in a sexual harassment lawsuit that Spears exposed herself to him and used his belt to beat one of her children. Flores, hired by the singer in February, is seeking an undisclosed amount for being "humiliated and traumatized" by Spears, whose mental breakdowns are well-chronicled.

In the Los Angeles Superior Court lawsuit, Flores claims Spears "made repeated unwanted sexual advances" and called him to her room at her house "for no other purpose or reason than to expose her naked body or near-naked body."

Spears also "engaged in numerous sexual acts" in front of him, during which he would immediately leave, the lawsuit alleges. Spears also engaged in sex acts in the presence of her two young children, Flores claims.

The security guard claims he was ignored or mocked by his supervisors when he made complaints about her alleged sexual behavior. "You know you liked it," one of his bosses allegedly told him.

Flores claims Spears once summoned him to her room, where she was wearing a see-through dress, and intentionally dropped her cigarette lighter on the floor. When she bent over to pick it up, she "thereby exposed her uncovered genitals to [Flores]," causing him "shock and disgust."

Perhaps most disturbing, the suit claims Spears once demanded Flores' belt, then walked in the house and allegedly twice "savagely hit the small child [Preston]" with the belt.

A statement on Spears' website denied the charges and said Flores is out for money.

"The Department of Children and Family Services conducted a proper investigation surrounding Mr. Flores' accusations and have closed the case without any further action," read the statement. "Ms. Spears and her attorneys have every expectation that this matter will be dismissed by the courts."
