"I don’t think about it one way or the other," he said. "We have a plan. And we’re an incredibly disciplined group."
Asked if a football team wouldn’t be happy to hear that the other team forfeited and wouldn’t be taking part in the game, Chico drew an analogy with the Chicago Bears.
"You know, Caleb Hanie came pretty close this last Sunday," he said. "And nobody expected him to be on the field. We play them as they lie. And that’s what we’re going to do in our campaign."
Hanie is, of course, the Chicago Bears' third-string quarterback who helped put points on the board during last Sunday's NFC championship game.
