The video, the only one posted by user HydeParkBlvd1 on his or her channel, shows an animated Rahm Emanuel – or “Trahm” – alongside Barack Obama and Oprah Winfrey on a satirical quest toward the mayor’s office.
Emanuel’s animated character promises “a Chicago free of wind” and “a Cubs world series.” He says, “we’ll no longer live in the shadow of New York [bleep] City.”
Lady Gaga even makes an appearance – she hatches out of an egg, of course.
