Mitt Romney's Illinois team is setting up an official watch party for the presidential debate next month.
State Treasurer Dan Rutherford, Sen. Sue Rezin and Rep. Pam Roth host the event at 7:30 p.m. Oct. 3 at Heroes West Sports Grill, 1530 Commerce Lane, in Joliet.
Tickets are $15 for refreshments and pizza, and Rutherford and Rezin will give an election update pre-debate. Other goodies include a post-event networking session and "a limited edition Mitt Romney lapel sticker."
Oh, and there's also the 90-minute debate focused on domestic policy.
Organizers say space is limited, so tickets must be purchased in advance. Call 815-260-6011 to purchase a ticket.
