He bought the beautiful ranch, which is technically a wonderful wood cabin, over twenty years ago, but according to his broker, Ringo Starr and his wife, Barbara, don't escape to Aspen too much anymore. So, they're selling the house for $4.5 million.
It has three bedrooms, 16 flat acres and is surrounded by unused horse paddocks. With 3,200 square feet and endless views of raw wilderness, Starr's property is truly where a musical and a western intersect.
Starr's broker, Joshua Saslove, says his clients do not want interior photos released or any official listing plan, as he is trying to sell the home with as much discretion as possible.
