PHOTOS: Jay Cutler Visits Sick Kids

Jay Cutler is from Santa Claus, Indiana, but this week he got to play Santa Claus. The Bears quarterback visited the University of Chicago's Comer Children's Hospital Tuesday to meet with some of his biggest fans, passing out gifts, posing for pictures and signing autographs. Cutler, and some of his teammates, met with more than a dozen children, many of whom have diabetes, just like Cutler.
