You may have seen the recent Chicago wedding of Jen Schefft (who did her time on both "The Bachelor" and "The Bachelorette") splashed across the pages of Us Weekly. If so, you saw that the local girl chose Chicago jewelry designer Erin Gallagher to create looks for both the bride and her bridesmaids for the big day.
