With the weather warming up (allegedly), it's time to start thinking about dining al fresco, but David Burke's Primehouse is taking it one step further, with its weekly "Al Greshco" feast.
Every Wednesday, Executive Chef Rick Gresh (hence, al GRESHco) will create a special sustainable meal based on his finds from the Green City Market.
Gresh will develop the menu throughout the day and serve up the feast in the evening in a communal setting on the Primehouse patio.
The four-course meal costs $55, or $80 with drink/wine pairings and is served from 7 to 10 p.m.
It's a different kind of event, so it's not surprising that getting a reservation is also outside the norm, as you must know a little bit about social networking to get in. Invites are available exclusively via Chef Rick Gresh's Facebook or his Twitter account.
