New Addition: Finally some good news for John Travolta and wife Kelly Preston. The couple is expecting. "We want to be the first to share this great news with everyone that we are expecting a new addition to our family," the family wrote in a statement on Travolta's and Preston's websites Tuesday. Now there is some confusion on whether 47-year-old Kelly is pregnant or if they plan to expand their family via surrogacy or adoption because of the wording of the announcement. People reports that Kelly is pregnant, and sources tell Star Magazine she's 3 months along. Reps for the couple haven't responded to just what they are expecting. Travolta and Preston have a 10-year-old daughter, Ella Bleu. In January 2009, their 16-year-old son Jett died of a seizure.

Up the River?: Looks like Lindsay Lohan could be headed to jail.  A Los Angeles judge says Lohan must appear in court Thursday for her next probation hearing. Problem is she's in Cannes and can't catch a flight back because that volcanic ash cloud has grounded flights, E! reports. Despite her problems getting to her hearings, turns out she's getting good grades in her DUI class. Her progress report showed she's never been rude, disrespectful or showed up drunk. Lohan's mother Dina told People that the alcohol education program has been a positive influence on Lindsay's life.

Return to Rehab: Johnathan Rhys Meyers is headed back to rehab for alcohol addiction, People confirmed. "He just really wants to get better," sources close to the actor say. "The Tudors" star first entered rehab in 2007. He was arrested in November for public intoxication in an Ireland airport and then was detained by police in 2009 in a Paris airport for allegedly assaulting an employee.

Soap Star: Port Charles beware! Bad boy, James Franco, is back. The actor did a two month stint last fall on "General Hospital" and apparently liked it so much he plans to return to the set next month, People reports. Producers say Franco will continue his "obsessive vendetta" leaving a "tangled web of clues" for his pursuers and taking townspeople on an alliterative "wild ride of mystery, music, murder and mayhem." Sounds great! "I love the cast, writers, directors and producers. They have become a new family for me. I can't wait for the work we will do this summer," Franco said.
