Looks like Michael Jackson's doctor will face charges. Prosecutors plan to file a criminal complaint charging Dr. Conrad Murray with involuntary manslaughter, instead of seeking a grand jury indictment, according to the Associated Press. This shift in plans will give the public an earlier look at the details of Jackson's death and evidence against Murray. There's no exact word on when charges will be filed, but Murray and his lawyer are in L.A., and according to his attorney, he will turn himself in when it happens.

Broderick off Broadway: Ferris Bueller is headed to the small screen! Matthew Broderick will play a celebrity author hired to run a struggling newspaper in the Hamptons in NBC's new comedy pilot "Beach Lane," according to Hollywood Reporter. Producers include "30 Rock's" Lorne Michaels.

Bad Boy Business: Sean "Diddy" Combs plans to launch his own business academy in NYC, according to Perez Hilton. This actually kind of makes sense considering he owns not only his own record label but a clothing line, restaurant chain and vodka.

Radar Online reports the "Jersey Shore" cast will be part of Jay Leno's return to the "Tonight Show."

Snooki says no! The "Jersey Shore" star took to her Twitter page to deny rumors of a sex tape. "Like I said before about my supposed "sex tape"...There are no nude pictures nor will there ever be, " she wrote Tuesday. Earlier in the day, Radar Online reported that the Snooki sex tape was being shopped around to various media outlets.
