Split No.7: The seventh time was not the charm for Larry King. The talk show host filed divorce papers Wednesday to end his 13 year marriage to Shawn Southwick. "His major concern is the welfare of his children, and beyond that he's not going to comment about the divorce," King's spokesperson told People. King's attorney said his client "would like to do these proceedings amicably." Seems like it will, considering Southwick filed her own divorce papers Wednesday as well. In King's filing, he asked for shared custody of their two sons, 9-year-old Cannon and 11-year-old Chance. He also asked the court to deny his wife any spousal support. Southwick wants sole custody of the kids plus spousal support. There were rumors the couple was splitting because King slept with Southwick's sister Shannon Engemann. But Engemann told Access Hollywood yesterday that the two never had an affair.

Singer Separation: Melissa and Tammy Etheridge have parted ways after nearly nine years together. "Melissa and Tammy Etheridge are saddened to announce that they are now separated," Melissa's rep exclusively told People. The two exchanged vows during a ceremony in September 2003. Tammy gave birth to their two kids, son Miller and daughter Johnnie Rose, in 2006. "We ask for consideration and respect for our family as we go through this difficult period," the former couple said in a statement.

And Another One: Mel Gibson called it quits with Russian singer and girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva, five months after she gave birth to their daughter. "They just drifted apart. They're both working hard on their careers and trying to raise a sweet baby together. They're still friends and they'll both raise Lucia together," a close friend of the couple tells People.

The End is Near: Looks like it could be over between Tiger Woods and wife Elin. She reportedly met with divorce lawyers recently, according to The Hollywood Gossip. There have also been rumblings that Elin's preparing to move back to Sweden.

Mistress Mess: Alleged Tiger Wood's mistress Jamiee Grubbs makes headlines yet again, this time for an arrest in West Hollywood Wednesday for driving on a suspended license. Law enforcement sources told TMZ Grubbs had three outstanding warrants for the same thing. Her bail is set at $30,309.

Show Suspended: Steven Seagal's reality show "Steven Seagal Lawman" has been suspended by the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office after a sexual trafficking lawsuit was filed against the actor, TMZ reports. During a press conference Wednesday afternoon the Sheriff also announced they would not be investigating claims made by former Seagal employee, Kayden Nguyen, unless she filed a criminal complaint. Nguyen is suing Seagal for allegedly treating her like a "sex toy" while she briefly served as his executive assistant. Seagal's lawyer says the allegations are a "complete fabrication without a scintilla of truth."

Too Bazaar: The ladies of "Jersey Shore" get a high fashion makeover and etiquette lesson you just have to see in the May issue of Harper's Bazaar.
