Colome, whom the White Sox acquired in November in a trade that sent Omar Narvaez to the Seattle Mariners, will be paid just over $7.3 million next season, according to Bob Nightengale of USA Today.
In a total of 70 appearances for the Tampa Bay Rays and Seattle Mariners, Colome registered a 3.04 ERA, striking out 72 batters in 68 innings of work.
The White Sox have yet to reach deals with starting pitcher Carlos Rodon and infielders Jose Abreu and Yolmer Sanchez. They agreed to a one-year deal with Leury Garcia earlier this offseason to avoid arbitration.
The MLB deadline for players to agree to deals with teams before exchanging arbitration figures was at noon on Friday.
