When Carol Bartz was axed as Yahoo CEO earlier this week she kept her seat as a member of Yahoo’s board of directors. That’s likely to change given that she just called her colleagues “doofuses” in a new interview with Fortune mag. "These people f----d me over," Bartz tells the mag of her fellow directors. She singles out chairman Roy Bostock for special criticism for giving her the boot by phone. "Why don't you have the balls to tell me yourself?" she said she told him, adding that she thought he was “classier.” Bartz, who has a reputation for being outspoken, said she knows how to turn around Yahoo and even suggested they hire her back as CEO. A Yahoo board spokesman responded: "Ms. Bartz is obligated to resign from the Board and we expect her to do so."
