Wayfair is stepping out of the internet and into Chicago's northwest suburbs this summer.
The popular online home goods purveyor announced it will open a Wayfair Decor & Inspiration Shop at Woodfield Mall from Aug. 1 to Oct. 30, offering "hundreds of affordable decor essentials" that customers can walk away with the same day.
"The Wayfair Decor & Inspiration Shop will provide our customers a place to go for home ideas and inspiration as well as the chance to shop over 250 budget-friendly and eclectic decor items to purchase in-shop for the first time ever," Courtney Lawrie, Wayfair's director of brand marketing, said in a statement.

Items for sale will include living room wall art, throw pillows, end-of-summer lounging items, seasonal kitchen elements and bed and bath items, the company said.
Stock will be updated by season during the duration of the pop-up shop. Customers also can online-shop at the location and place orders for delivery.
