A teenage girl who was reported missing last week in north suburban Lake County was found safe Monday morning in Racine County, Wisconsin, according to the Lake County Sheriff's Office.

Emma Roberts, 16, had been reported missing Wednesday in Salem, Wisconsin, at the end of the school day. Roberts’ family recently moved to unincorporated Antioch, but kept her enrolled at the Central High School District of Westosha.

Police found Roberts at a home in Union Grove after conducting several interviews with friends and acquaintances.

Arrangements were being made Monday to reunite Roberts with her family.
