Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot is set to join city leaders to announced a replacement program for lead service pipe lines Thursday.
The announcement is expected to be made at 11:30 a.m.
Lightfoot will be joined by Department of Water Management Commissioner Randy Conner and Illinois Department of Public Health Commissioner Dr. Allison Arwady.
