Chicago White Sox manager Ozzie Guillen has been suspended for two games and fined for his actions -- and subsequent tweets -- during Wednesday's game against the New York Yankees.
Guillen was ejected from the game from the top of the first inning for arguing with home plate umpire Todd Tichenor over a called third strike on Paul Konerko.
When he left the field, the oft-outspoken Guillen took to Twitter.
Major League Baseball said the tweets were in violation of its social media policy and regulations "regarding the use of electronic equipment during the course of a game."
The amount of his fine was not disclosed.
He'll serve out the suspension during Friday and Saturday's games against the Baltimore Orioles.
