Rep. Jesse Jackson Jr. said Tuesday night that Sen. Barack Obama's election to the presidency was a mandate to advance his agenda.
Speaking with NBC5's Mary Ann Ahern, Jackson said Obama's first meetings as president-elect would be to assemble an economic team to stabalize the country's markets.
