Chicago Weather: Snow Could Follow Sunny Chicago Cubs Home Opener

It may be warming up this weekend—but snow could be on the way in the coming days.

The threat of snow hovers over the middle of the week. There could be rain and snow—perhaps even accumulating snow—next week.

This Saturday, however, will be dry and in the mid 60s with a chance of rain and thunderstorms on Sunday.

Temps could be in the 70s Monday—just in time for the Chicago Cubs home opener, though it will be cooler by the lakefront.

But cold air from the north threatens the unpleasent reminder that winter weather has yet to find its way to our rear view mirror.

The rain and snow possible could be here as early as Wednesday or Thursday.
