A 2-year-old Chicago firehouse dog missing for nearly a month has been found, firefighters confirmed Thursday.
The Chicago Fire Department was asking for the public’s help in finding a beloved firedog, Bull, who went missing last August.
Bull got loose from Engine 116’s West Englewood firehouse at 5955 South Ashland Avenue and wasn't seen again until recently.
Bull is a Bullmastiff mix who was adopted by Squad 5 of Engine 116 seven months ago from the Animal Welfare League in Chicago, fire officials say.
Firefighters describe the rescue dog as being very well-liked.
