Police are questioning a suspect in the carjacking of an off-duty Chicago Police sergeant in the South Shore neighborhood.
The incident happened after 10 p.m. in the 6900 block of East End Avenue on Sept. 6.
The officer's 2006 Infiniti QX56 was stolen in the confrontation.
Police say the officer suffered minor injuries and was treated at the scene.
