Coffee lovers, rejoice -- or, at least, enter for a chance to rejoice. Starbucks announced today that 14 lucky winners in their Starbucks It's a Wonderful Card Ultimate Giveaway will win the ultimate gift that just keeps giving -- Starbucks for life.
The Seattle-based coffee company designed the Ultimate Starbucks Card for 14 lucky winners. The prize sits at an estimated value of $54,000 of food and beverages, which is good for one free food or beverage item a day for the next 30 years.
The card itself also has a high monetary value. Made of 10 karats of hammered gold with the winner's name is engraved on it, the card is worth $5,000.
To enter for a chance to win the Ultimate Starbucks Card, coffee lovers must buy a food or beverage item from the store using a Starbucks Card or the Starbucks mobile app. Customers will then receive a receipt with a unique sweepstakes code that can be entered online at starbucks.com/play.
If you aren't lucky enough to win the Ultimate Starbucks Card, an additional 482,000 instant prizes will also be given.
A total of 10 Ultimate Starbucks Cards will be rewarded to customers in the U.S. Another three will be awarded in Canada, and one in the U.K.
The competition takes place between Dec. 2, 2014, an Jan. 5, 2015.
