Parolee Charged in Logan Square Bike Death

Cops have charged a 21-year-old parolee with murder, after a traffic accident in Logan Square killed a biker.

Tyrice Pryor is accused of hitting 32-year-old Jepson Livingston with his van during a road rage incident with another driver, according to Chicago Breaking News.

Pryor allegedly was behind the wheel of a van that was seen repeatedly ramming another van on West Diversey. Pryor’s van allegedly forced the other van off the road, sending it crashing into a fence outside an auto body shop.

The van Pryor was allegedly driving also went out of control, and it then hit Livingston, sending him flying nearly as high as power lines, cops said.

Police said they believe Pryor, who is on parole for a 2007 burglary conviction, was in a dispute with the driver of the other vehicle over the purchase of a car.

Livingston, who was out looking for a job, was pronounced dead at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center on Tuesday.
