Naperville Cops Seek Simpsons Graffiti Artists

Several businesses, public areas defaced over past month

    Four examples of the Simpsons-related graffiti that has popped up in Naperville over the past month.

    Naperville authorities are looking for a graffiti artist(s) who seem to have a fascination with "The Simpsons."

    Numerous businesses, electrical boxes and garbage dumpsters in the downtown area have been defaced over the past month with images related to the animated series.

    Officials say the images appear to have taken a lot of time to create, and are costly to remove.

    Crimestoppers is offering a $1,000 reward for information leading to an arrest in the case, and are encouraging tipsters to call (630)420-6006 if you've witnessed any of the crimes or know who committed them.

    All callers have the option to remain anonymous, although authorities should be suspicious of anyone identifying themselves as Amanda Huggenkiss.
