3 Men Found Shot Inside Vehicle on Chicago's South Side: Police

Three men were found shot inside a vehicle on Chicago's Far South Side early Monday, according to police.

Authorities said the shooting took place at around 2:48 a.m. in the 600 block of East 115th Street in the city's Pullman neighborhood.

Officers responding to a ShotSpotter alert found the men inside the car, officials said.

A 30-year-old man had multiple gunshot wounds to the stomach and back and was taken to the University of Chicago Hospital in critical condition, according to police.

Another 30-year-old man was shot multiple times in the abdomen and legs and taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in serious condition, authorities said, and a 29-year-old man was shot in the leg and taken to the University of Chicago Hospital in stable condition.

There were no witnesses to the incident, according to police, who said the first two victims were unable to speak to police due to their conditions, while the third was "highly uncooperative with officers and refused to provide any details" on the circumstances of the shooting.

No one is in custody in connection with the shooting, according to police, as authorities continue to investigate.
