3 Killed, 2 Critically Injured in Suburban Posen Crash

Four of the five passengers were ejected from the vehicle on impact, authorities said

Three women were killed and two other people were critically injured early Thursday in a crash in south suburban Posen.

The accident happened just before 3 a.m., according to police, when a man driving a black BMW with four female passengers veered to the side of a residential road in the 14300 block of Harrison Avenue, smashing into multiple parked cars.

Four people were ejected from the vehicle near West 143rd Street and Harrison Avenue, police said.

One woman was pronounced dead on the scene, police said. Two other women died shortly after being transported to area hospitals, according to police.
